Positive experience: We were really looking forward to experiencing Reserve Padel during our visit to NYC, especially coming from London where we play regularly- but it was a huge disappointment. We paid $90 for a “clinic” that turned out to be poorly organised and lacking any real coaching structure. The coach was friendly but gave no feedback or technical guidance, and with five players on one court, there was barely any chance to practice properly. The venue itself was also underwhelming- only three prefabricated courts, outdoor showers, and temporary toilets. Definitely not the premium Padel experience you’d expect given the price and the image Reserve Padel promotes. Overall, it felt massively overrated and not worth the cost.

Negative experience: Padel options in NYC are limited so beggars can’t be choosers but still not worth the price. I paid $60 for a clinic. We started 15 min late, the coach hit with us for 15 min then had us play points with each other. Because there were 5 of us, one person always had to sit out. The trainer watched the game on the other court the whole time. A one hour (sorry, 45 min) lesson and I didn’t get a single piece of advice.

Negative experience: This business is playing its music way TOO LOUD!!! … It is echoing throughout 10th Ave and up into peoples apartments, 14 hours a day, seven days a week! Reserve Padel, you need to be a better neighbor. Bring your music down to a respectable level. Nobody wants to hear your dance tracks music while they're trying to enjoy living in the neighborhood.

Negative experience: Not a welcoming place for women. It’s so bad they have to have separate clinics just for the women And have them off to the side as if this is some prehistoric place. I was in shock at how delusional the staff was when it came to assisting men over women. Not to mention other physical attributes and the lack of diversity that exists there. This is the most most homogenous place. They should be embarrassed of how they conduct the business. The person who was there on Saturday morning really missed an opportunity to capture new and kept blaming it on the way the men in the club act. As a woman, she should do better at making sure that the men are not offending the women in this facility. Fix these problems. You should not have women leaving your business feeling uncomfortable.

Negative experience: I visited them for an introductory clinic, and they promised me they will contact me to set up a follow-up appointment. So I texted them, but they did not even bother replying.

Fantastic experience: Incredible site. Incredible game. Finally time for Padel to reach Manhattan.

Negative experience: padel should be an inclusive social game. The usual playing time is 1 hour and an half and everywhere the price is affordable. 20/30 $ per 1.5 h would be a reasonable single rate. Here padel is not a sport, but marketing

Negative experience: Nice place. $300 per hour, any day, any time is delusional. Not worth it at all.

Fantastic experience: I was very much looking forward for a place like this in the Northeast. I haven't played yet, a 1h reservation is $200 total. Savon was very nice explaining everything!
