Padel Haus Williamsburg

Positive experience: Padel Haus is a decent club with some critical flaws. Number one among them is the low ceiling - it really forces you to change a core aspect of padel (lobs), and feels a bit unnatural and annoying. Otherwise, the courts are fine, and there are nice touches like highlight cameras. Locker rooms are well-equipped but a bit small. Staff has also been friendly when I’ve gone. The pricing is also quite high, and the membership value just isn’t as good as other clubs in the area.

Negative experience: Employees are rude. I went in and asked "Is there a monthly subscription plus you have to pay each time you play" and he said "yep" and I asked "are you sure? That's weird" and he said "I'm pretty sure? I work here bro." Didn't seem like a professional attitude. Plus, paying $200/month and $150 each time you play seems crazy expensive when the ceilings are too low, the roof leaks, and the employees are rude. But hey, you do you.

Negative experience: Over priced for what's being offered. 170$ for an hour. Roof is too low. So can't lob. Courts are also too close to each other. Meh. Hopefully we get better courts in the near future.

Negative experience: Unbelievably expensive at $240/hr to rent a court for one hour. Don’t be fooled, the $60 that you see on the website is only for one person. Completely outrageous.

Negative experience: $220 per court/hour Or $140 if all four players are members… Membership is $175 a month + $500 initiation fee Say you’re four friends (Padel is always played in doubles) that want to play two times a week and all of you are members. You guys will be paying $21840 a year, not included $2k on initiation fees. May be cheaper to build your own court?

Negative experience: They like to double charge you, check your credit card

Fantastic experience: Padel Haus Williamsburg is a fantastic place to try out padel, a rapidly growing racquet sport. They offer classes for beginners and have four indoor courts, social areas, and locker rooms. With a friendly atmosphere, it's a great spot to go with friends for a fun and active outing.

Negative experience: Love my padel and really excited to see what padel haus was about after hearing great things. Me and my girlfriend went in and it was as though I just murdered their family ! So so rude, wouldn’t let us look at the facilities until I asked 3 times. Staff behind the bar so unfriendly. I work in the industry and we’re trying to fight against companies opening sites and not caring about the customer. They’ve opened courts, know they’re the only venue in the city so can charge what they like and act how they want, shame that this is happening here in Williamsburg. Roof is too low for proper padel, not too bothered as it’s good to open courts and get people playing but our experience was “we don’t want you as members and we don’t care what you think”

Negative experience: Some of the girls behind the front desk are so rude / couldn't care less. Paying $250 per hour to play and it's like you're talking to a mcdonalds cashier.

Negative experience: I enjoyed padel with my friend but the front desk woman there today was not friendly and didn't bother showing me the facilities or explaining the game for more than 5 seconds. Great, thanks. Made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome for never being there. $100 for the court for 1 hr. Outrageous prices. Not sure if I would go back. I had to ask these men playing for help with the rules. At least they were nice and gave me one minute of their time to explain.

Fantastic experience: The aesthesis here is very nice. It giving "IT GIRL" energy. The smoothie bar is also fire. The employees are very helpful and welcoming.

Negative experience: This place represents everything that sport is not. We came in to see the facilities being padel players and interested in experiencing the club. The staff are so rude, The brunette girl at reception would barley let us see the facilities which is laughable. The lady at the cafe was annoyed we order a drink despite it being completely empty. Everyone was on their phones and basically wanted us to leave. Hilarious this is how they think they can run a sport centre, it would be better off not having staff here. No wonder the place is empty!!

Fantastic experience: World class facilities, with a staff that always looks to cater for their customers needs. The courts are immaculate and the space is inviting whether you want to just play or play and have a drink afterwards. No other place in the northeast is even close to the level of passion, professionalism, and state of the art facilities that Padel Haus offers.

Negative experience: 60$ per person??? Thats a joke. Go to hell with that pricing.

Fantastic experience: I visited Padel Haus recently and was lucky enough to take clinic with Max. Professor max was a great coach and encouraged me to pursue the sport. I have been a few times now and plan on joining the club this fall. The coffee they use is Partners and is the best period. Juice haus has fresh juices and Sammies. Can’t wait for new location in Dumbo to open.

Negative experience: I checked the weather, saw rain and booked my 2 hours in the indoor courts. Turns out they didn't check the weather, and the tournament they were hosting outside had to be moved inside, so everyone who had reserved indoors had their reservation cancelled 1.5 hours before their reserved time. They charge you if you don't cancel within 24 hours of your reservation but they can cancel on you 1.5 hours before? Besides that, the location is great, the courts are in great shape. The bathrooms are nice. Prices are: $55 p/person per hour + $10 racket + $10 for 3 balls

It's conveniently located near the best restaurants in Brooklyn, making it the perfect Sunday fun day. The locker rooms are absolutely spotless and provide a premium experience akin to Equinox's shower, grooming products, and locker space.

Cannot emphasize enough that everything is incredible here: - Sport: For those new to Padel (such as me), this sport is so much fun and has changed my life. We try to book 2 hours of matches every time we play, and people always say they could do this for at least 4 hours!! - Clinics: I have ENJOYED and LEARNED so much from the clinics and sign up for them every week. The Pros are AMAZING! - Matches: The Padel Haus App makes it super easy to find matches and join tournaments for all levels… and you can book your own courts with buds or people you meet at the Haus. - Vibe: The place is swanky, the locker rooms are luxe, food and drinks are delish. - Management: They are brilliant and keep making the experience even more incredible, at the venue, on the App and just with ideas flowing… Point being, you want to hang out here in addition to play Padel!!

Positive experience: Simply put, good place, but way too expensive. As a padel lover, it's great to see padel finally arriving in New York. In terms of the place itself, there are four courts, all with a sand base. The courts are high-quality, but the ceiling is very low for a padel facility which makes lobs almost unusable. But honestly, if this place wasn't so expensive, I wouldn't even mind the ceiling. However, it literally is the most expensive padel place in the WORLD. At $55 per hour, with for some reason, no option to pay 90 minutes like any padel facility outside of the US does, you have to pay $110 if you want to play a full game, putting its price well beyond any padel place in the Middle East. It's a real shame, because they have fun tournaments organized every week with a great format making sure you play 2 hours, but still for a ridiculous $90 price. For that reason, I cannot give it more than 3 stars. Let's hope the new padel clubs coming to NYC in the Fall will cause prices to drop, because after going there twice the price is stopping me from going there again.

Negative experience: Good facilities, but pricing is outrageous. Not only it is $220 an hour (you have to pay that even if you don't have 4 players), but they tack on $15 for padel rentals. It is a shame because I'd happily play weekly otherwise

Negative experience: The price to book a court was ridiculous. Me and my brother went last weekend and I was shocked at how much they were charging over 200 dollars to book a court… at that point we might as well just play in the park! You would think for the price of booking there would be luxury amenities associated with, but you would be thinking wrong! The bathrooms were straight up filthy and when we ordered smoothies afterwards I found not one but TWO hairs in my smoothie! You would think that for the price they are charging for you to simply breathe their air, that you could expect quality service but you’d be sadly mistaken.

Negative experience: deeply saddened by my experience with padel haus. I fell in love with padel over the past year over my trip to europe, and was expecting to find that same beauty here in williamsburg padel haus. unfortunately that was not the case. mon dieu! padel in williamsburg fills my love for the sport but drains mon wallet and spirit and whimsy! the place also smells of sweat and pennies and eggs! very sad! i also bought a juice at the juice bar expecting a refreshing juice after an hour of expensive padel activity but the juice was 14 dollars and made me so sick! i cannot believe i paid so much money! do not go here, it made me so sad. i am so sad there is no other padel place in nyc :(

Fantastic experience: A place with top coolest vibes in NYC - very clean club, beautiful courts, very friendly staff, and their Juice Haus has delicious fresh juices, smoothies, and baked goods available. Padel Haus is cozy and has a lounge space to hang out after you play. Also the clinics are so much fun, you will learn a lot, get a great workout in, and improve you Padel game, making it all the best investment in yourself :)
