The club really values feedback and continues to improve the quality of the courts and services, which shows their commitment to providing the best experience. Plus, the ability to reserve courts up to a week in advance makes it so convenient. It’s been a great place to enjoy padel and be part of such a fun community.

Las pistas están en perfectas condiciones y el ambiente es muy acogedor y el mejor q a cualquier otro club q haya visitado. El personal es amable y los entrenadores son profesionales. Negative experience: Very bad experience with the manager. We were not warned that the courts were unplayable due to the rain. As we came, we exchanged balls on the court and the manager made us pay full price while the conditions were disastrous (impossible to run on a wet court). I now know why we had stopped coming to this club. Wynwood Padel or Ultra Padel much better and more friendly.

Negative experience: NO recomiendo tomar clases en este club. El profesor cancela a última hora o simplemente no llega, no contesta y ofrece paquetes de clases que al final no mantiene el precio.

Fantastic experience: Most easy-going padel location in Miami. Nothing fancy but exactly what you need for a fun game of padel. Courts are in good shape, people are friendly, and the owner likes to joke around. Been here multiple times already and always had a great time and left with a smile on my face.

Negative experience: The courts are in a poor state (perhaps it's just the sand), and the illumination is not great either. The cancellation policy for rainy days is also awful. I called to cancel and, after many attempts, finally got through to someone who told me that it wasn't raining much and refused to cancel with a refund. I will never book there again and will prefer other clubs like Ultra or Wynwood, which have better customer service and more friendly policies.

Negative experience: Had a terrible experience as me and some friends booked for a court on 12/05/2023 at 7:30PM and came to learn it was double booked and we couldn’t play at our desired time. That said, the guy at the front desk said he had spoken with the 3rd party that handles bookings (Playtomic) and that if we were willing to stay until 10 PM we will be getting a 50% discount at our next game. A few days pass by an nothing with the credit so we decided to call the 3rd party and guess what… They said the ones that handle that type of requests are the courts themselves, so front desk guy was lying all along!! Rest assured if you want to be treated like a fool and manipulated to waste your time and money please don’t hesite to come to Miami Midtown Pádel Club :)

Negative experience: I booked through Playtomic 3 months ago, I paid my part online and the others paid at the club, After that when I go to Playtomic It shows that I have to pay 80$ for real Padel because of that reservation we paid at the club, I talk to everyone on real Padel since that but NO ONE CARES, the worst club in the customer service

Positive experience: Open air courts. Not sure what happens if it rains, if you get a rain check. The place is OK. I like more indoors. Service is friendly and very personal. Would give 5 if it was indoor and the court floor is of artificial turf and it's a bit slippery. Others might prefer that thou. I still recommend it.
