Fantastic experience: Love Sensa Padel! Such a great place to learn and play a new sport in a cool new part of town. Took a few intro classes with the general manager, Scott and it was so much fun! He was super energetic, encouraging, gave instructive feedback and overall was so informative about the sport. I’ve never played a racquet sport before and felt so welcomed. Highly recommend taking an intro class with Scott, either individually or with friends! If you’re looking for a place with great vibes to workout and be social, definitely check out sensa!!

Sensa Padel

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed your intro classes with Scott –he’s amazing at making everyone feel welcomed while learning the sport. It’s great to know that even as a first-time racquet sport player, you felt comfortable and had fun on court. We can’t wait to see you back at Sensa for more padel, good vibes, and community!

Negative experience: I had been attending Sensa for a while doing individual classes, cardio, and drill/play sessions. Sebastian was my main coach for all of these lessons and he was amazing. He gave engaging feedback, and knew how to motivate new players. One week, Sebastian was out and so a different coach I had not met was leading the drill and play for .5 aka beginners. There were 2 other participants, a couple, and myself in this class. When it was time the start the coach asked everyone's names and if they had played any racquet sports before; I was never asked any of these questions. The coach gave critical feedback and encouragement to the players during and after their turns doing individual drills. When it was my turn to volley, he was silent and throughout the entire one hour practice maybe told me 2 critiques overall. Towards the end, we were split into teams to do finish off with a doubles match, and because the other players were already in pairs I was asked to stand off to the side. I was asked to come in intermittently, but ultimately just watched them play. As a black woman who has lived in the deep south her entire life, I know that micro aggressions like these happen. I am more ashamed in myself for not speaking up in the moment and leaving when I knew I was being treated disparagingly. I hope the best for Sebastian and the other coaches, and hope that no other women of color are subjected to the way I was treated by that one coach.

Positive experience: Too expensive

Positive experience: The community of players is A+ and the location is amazing, especially if you like to play outdoors. Plus Sebas is an incredible coach who wants you to succeed. Clinics with him are super fun. However, the management is extremely unorganized, unresponsive and rude at times. The membership is advertised to includes a lot of perks like pilates / wellness / quarterly strategy sessions with the head coach. In practice none of these perks exists. When asked not even the staff knew about these benefits. Besides, the quality of courts is mixed and in need of some urgent maintenance.

Sensa Padel

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for highlighting the positives about our community and Sebas’ clinics. We’re very sorry to hear about your frustrations with management, communication, and court conditions. We’re reviewing how benefits are communicated so there’s no confusion.

We’d love the chance to connect with you directly to better understand your experience and work on a solution. Please reach out to us at [email protected]

Positive experience: After couple months things have changed a lot with the staff… the courts are uneven and damaged because of the rain. People attending make it very cool and enjoyable but rudeness and changing the terms and rules every time that they want does not help.

Sensa Padel

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and for recognizing the great community of players — we’re glad that part has made your experience enjoyable. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns with staff interactions, rule consistency, and court conditions. While outdoor courts can be affected by weather, we’re actively working on maintenance to keep them safe and enjoyable.

We’d appreciate the chance to connect directly to understand more and address your concerns — please reach out to us at [email protected]

Positive experience: It was my first time here. Staff was a little disrespectful so we will not be back. Nice courts but way overpriced
