Negative experience: La verdad es que el ambiente lindo pero nos ocurrió algo raro. Comenzamos un partido 5min tarde porque estaban terminando uno y luego a nosotros nos sacaron en punto. No pudimos terminarlo. Si queriamos terminarlo a las 9pm en una cancha que estaba libre nos iban a cobrar 128usd solo por terminar dos games. Repito, la cancha estaba libre y a nosotros nos dejaron entrar 5min tarde.
Es comprensible su disgusto, el arreglo es entre jugadores y sus turnos. Le pedimos disculpas por la situación, la cancha estaba alquilada y los jugadores esperando en la sala para entrar. Gracias

Negative experience: no saben atender a la clientela recurrente. Solamente se apegan a unas pólizas sin sentido. Es una lástima ya que soy cliente recurrente de aquí pero hoy en día eso ya no es importante al parecer. Sobre todo en este tipo de negocio que tiene tanta competencia actualmente en la ciudad de Miami con tantas canchas abiertas últimamente alrededor de la zona y tantas opciones. Me dijeron que me iban a conseguir una pareja ya que seleccione “Game Match” y llame 24 horas antes para cancelar. Aún así me dijeron que no me preocupara y que me conseguirían la pareja para jugar completo. El día después 12 horas antes llame a verificar si ya habían conseguido la pareja y no fue así. Por ende le dije al encargado Fabrizio que entonces me cancelaran la partida, lo cual muy irrespetuosamente y con discordia me dijo que no lo harían. Los falta de respetos son ustedes, además de abusadores. Seleccionaron otro método de pago después de haber cancelado con un método de pago inicial. Lo cual es además de ilegal. Es atropellador. Ya estoy solucionando de manera legal para arreglar este asunto por mi lado. Ya que ustedes quieren arreglar las cosas a su manera. Apegándose a pólizas que ustedes inventan. Y ofreciendo algo que al final no sucederá, solo para engancharme a la reservación y no cancelarla de manera prevista.
En el Club priorizamos relaciones duraderas y genuinas basadas en el respeto hacia el resto de los jugadores, hacia el club y al trato respetuoso a su personal. Cancelar la cancha sobre la hora, en hora pico, impide a otros jugadores aprovechar la cancha. En el momento de la cancelación, y a pesar de su forma de dirigirse al encargado, le hemos ofrecido un crédito a su favor para que considere la buena voluntad y predisposición del club. Lamentamos mucho que no aprecie nuestra manera de proceder. Un saludo cordial

Fantastic experience: In open padel they have the best service absolutely best they treat you like family the second they meet you Fabian is good guy a really good manger and if you ever ask him to play he will say yes the workers here are amazing very sweet and helping you whenever you ask for it the coach Nico is also a good guy and a terrific player he one of the best here in open padel and then there Nati she welcomes you in open arms very kind and sweet she an awesome person and the more you talk to her the more she'll listen. To be honest everyone here is amazing people if you want to take the chance to come to open padel do it you'll love it.

Negative experience: I had a bad experience, they played loud music at the bar area making impossible to concentrate or communicate with my partner. I’m not coming back , very bad managed place.
We are sorry for your experience, the music is ambient and should in no way disturb the normal game. We have spoken with the manager and the teachers to detect where his complaint occurred but there was no record of it. It would have been solved at the time. Thank you

Positive experience: Me encanta este club, los profes y la atención super amable de todos los atienden el front desk. Pero lamentablemente hoy al venir a jugar en nuestras canchas reservadas de los domingos, AC parecía estar realmente muy alto en temperatura y no fue agradable jugar con mis amigas, estábamos con mucho calor y x momentos no me sentía bien. Espero puedan rever esta situación cuanto antes!. Gracias!

Revisaremos lo ocurrido con el equipo de aire acondicionado un día de lluvia como el de hoy, El aire acondicionado esta programado para que el club permanentemente mantenga 24 grados centígrados y 40% de humedad. El ambiente es el optimo y recomendado para la practica de Padel. Un saludo cordial. Esperamos verte pronto nuevamente.
Negative experience: Me encanta el club y lo mejor es la atención de los profes, Seba, Nahuel, Nico y Fabricio, pero son canchas indoor y a pesar de que tienen aire acondicionado, el calor a veces es muy duro. Deberían aprovechar más las instalaciones, los baños, la barra del bar y sobre todo EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO!!!

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience. The guy attending, charged me for a court. We got there with our reservation code, and they gave our court to somebody else. Had to wait two hours to play. They charged us for a aecond court. No refund, very dissapointing.

Negative experience: Very racist place. If you not speaking Spanish they will not provide you any service. I tried to schedule a court for few times already and they don’t speak English so they just hung up on me. They trying to create an only Spanish community probably.
Our most sincere apologies. All club staff and teachers are bilingual. Please, you can come whenever you want and we invite you to play.

Positive experience: Service: not very accommodating. Very rude when asking questions and not very helpful. Pricing: it is a little pricey but that is to be expected. When I paid it was around $40 an hour Maintenance: the courts are nicely maintained

Negative experience: Made a reservation today for 10pm and got a confirmation from the phone number that is on the website. Got there at 9:40pm to find out they over booked the court and they had no space for us. I drove from Sunrise FL about 35 minutes and the guy on the desk said "there is nothing I can do" I had never played padle and I wanted to try it but I guess it won't be at this place.
