Dripping Springs Racquet Club: Reviews
Fantastic experience: Great courts, nicest people.
Thank you Javier! Glad to have you with us, looking forward to next time!
Positive experience: Great place for The Kitchen Austin Pickleball Tournament. Friendly people. Good time.
Fantastic experience: My 11 year old absolutely loved his tennis class here (and we will be back for more). Chelsea is super helpful and answered my million and one questions - checked us in quickly even though we were a little late and got my kiddo to the right court right away. Very nice staff. The junior coach connects well with the kids and keeps it entertaining. Def recommend for the junior tennis program.
Thank you! We love seeing all the kiddos having fun here!
Fantastic experience: The Polo Tennis and Fitness Club is a beautiful place! From the picturesque drive onto the grounds to the rolling hills and horses running along the fields, it’s incredible. The tennis facilities are in great condition and the club house is modern with all the equipment anyone would need. Additionally, they have brand new Pickleball and Padel courts that are in amazing condition. The Director Mike and GM Steph are super helpful and knowledgeable. This place is a hidden gem!!!
Thanks for visiting Greg, we are so glad you loved your time here with us!
Negative experience: No squash
Esteban, thank you for visiting our club. We do not promote that we have squash, and hope you enjoyed your time playing the sports that we DO have (Padel, Pickleball, & Tennis)and that we promote having. We would love to see you again in the future.
Fantastic experience: Beautiful club with 3 padel courts and many tennis courts as well as pickleball
Holly, Thank you for your review! We are so glad you love the facility! We look forward to seeing you again!
Fantastic experience: Good place for tournament level pickleball.
Thank you! We are so glad you love the club!
Fantastic experience: Completely transparent, I had an incident happen to me, which I don’t agree with at this club, based on untrained staff. They are a great place, with hard working folks and you can play tennis, Padel, pickleball, on-site gym, separately for ladies and Gentleman. The manager, Steph runs a great unit and you have locals like Barbara Maam, always being helpful to patrons! In life, you gotta move on and not dwell on the past
Fantastic experience: Coach Mike is an incredible coach for young aspiring tennis players! So happy with the progress my 5 year old is making on the court!
Thanks Ryan for your feedback. We are happy to have your child playing tennis with us.
Positive experience: Recently went there for a USTA tournament. The facility was very nice and pretty. But the people who were working the event (the guy at the tournament desk and the umpire walking the grounds) were very rude. Hopefully the tennis pros working there are friendly, but I don't plan to play there again.
Hi Ashley
Thanks for your feedback
We value your opinion and strive to give our customers a great experience What day(s) were you competing? We had one site Director running the tournament desk on Friday and a different site Director running the site Saturday and Sunday
Fantastic experience: An excellent facility for tennis lovers.
Thank you Eugeniu for your feedback
Fantastic experience: Love this place, great tutors for all ages, really enjoyed my lessons with Anders and Laetitia. Highly recommended!
Thank you Nufar for your feedback and for visiting our Club
Negative experience: Went here for a USTA match and was not a good experience. Not enough parking, very unfriendly, no benches to sit on, no water on the courts, and emails were not replied to. Only thing they have going for them is the number of courts available to play, but I’d rather save my money and play elsewhere. *IN REPLY* - I am 100% aware of the COVID regulations; regardless, my review stands. As a host to a USTA event I expect more from the facility especially if you choose to have an event during these times.
Hello, we at Polo Tennis Club take reviews very seriously since we had many years of great reputation with our facilities, friendly club environment and hosting great tournaments. We are not sure if you read the USTA regulations per COVID-19 as we the at Polo Club take this very seriously since we care for our members and for the people attending our tournaments. The safety and well being for our society is extremely important to us and as mentioned we respect policies and regulations per our government and USTA. While reading your review we would like to double check and confirm if you attended the Polo Tennis Club? Per your review, you mentioned we do not have parking and benches to sit? The club has a covered pavilion with plenty of places to sit, regarding parking lots we do have an upper and lower parking facility and the club has many open spaces with plenty of tables and chairs to enjoy the courts. What we would agree with your review is that we did not provide water on the courts during the USTA tournament. I have outlined our Tournament Protocol below that was listed on the USTA Tournament Site one week prior to the tournament started. We also sent the tournament protocol via USTA Tournament Communication Center to ALL tournament players on Wednesday July 1st to all our players. In case you missed reading the tournament protocol please read below.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for over 5 years now and have watched the club continue to grow each year and love all of the improvements and changes they have made to better the facilities. The level of tennis and enthusiasm for competing and getting better is one of the things I love most of all. It is one of the most beautiful clubs you will ever play tennis at.
Thanks Todd for your feedback

Fantastic experience: Fabulous, friendly, progressive club that is going from strength to strength. The recent terrace and pavillion additions make Polo a great tennis and fitness facility to learn, play, watch or simply hang out.
