Fantastic experience: Had an amazing time at GoodBounce Pickleball! Met some awesome new friends and the vibe was fantastic. The staff were super attentive, friendly, and made me feel right at home. If you’re a pickleballer visiting Louisville, this is the place to be. Can’t wait to come back again hopefully very soon!

Fantastic experience: We had an excellent networking event at Good Bounce! The venue was perfect—fun, welcoming, and well set up for a crowd. Everyone had a blast, and it was the ideal spot for our event. Huge thanks to the bartender —she was so kind and incredibly helpful, especially when we had an unexpected surge of attendees. She handled it all with grace and a smile. Highly recommend Good Bounce for any casual gathering or corporate social event!

Negative experience: Beware of this company. 1. I reserved two outdoor courts in advance for 2 hours each for $222 for a corporate social. On the Friday before the event, I called to inquire about moving indoors due to the expected rain the following Tuesday, my reservation date. Since indoor courts were unavailable, I requested to cancel my reservation and refund the full payment I had to pay up front. They refused to provide a refund, stating they are a small business and spend the money they receive ASAP. They offered me a credit to use, but they know that I was coming from out of town for the day and could cannot use a credit. I had to book elsewhere for indoor courts. 2. On the Friday that I called to inquire about changing courts, the manager, Amy, promised to call me back multiple times. I kept calling, and they said she would call me back. Sure enough, she had left and did not call me back, and the workers would not be able to call her. Rather, they said they would only text her. That's when they finally told me that they would not be able to accommodate moving me indoors. 3. I requested the owner to call me. I did received a call, voicemail, or an email. 4. When trying to makie the reservation I called for days without being able to reach anyone. Their phone usually goes to voicemail. Very frustrating for trying to book courts. For these reasons I recommend staying away from goodbouce and look to other nearby pickleball courts that are customer friendly and not thieves.

Fantastic experience: I bought tickets to an event at Goodbounce that had to be canceled. They were very quick to provide a refund (within a few hours of the emailed request.) I will not hesitate to book with them in the future.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome! Between the margaritas, the Collab with 1020 brewery, the Pickleball and the amazing View. It is definitely a place to check out. Brian Bautista is always amazing to work with and does a great job representing good bounce.

Fantastic experience: We took our high school cross country team here for a fun night of team bonding! The kids had a blast playing pickleball. It was a pretty night with the sunset at the river. Thanks to Amy and team for a great experience!

Negative experience: Like others, my card was fraudulently charged by this facility. It is interesting they have responded to most reviews, except those regarding the charges

Fantastic experience: We had never been to a good bounce and had a great customer service experience. It was a good location for kids to play and to relax and to play pickleball. We went to the louisville location. We will definitely be back to relax and play on some summer evenings!

Fantastic experience: This place was great!the Louisville location. I’d never played pickleball and we came for my sisters birthday party. It was so fun, and honestly the barkeep was STELLAR customer service wise, and so friendly! Good NA options which is awesome for me because I don’t drink, and everyone else was able to enjoy the full bar. The food truck on site had good food as well! We had our kiddos there and they had a blast, they didn’t play pickleball but there is cornhole and other stuff and the kids kept themselves entertained- it’s completely kid and dog friendly. We will go back for sure!

Negative experience: Good Bounce will fraudulently charge your card. We went on ONE date in LOUISVILLE , and had to sign up. That was in September. 4 months later we get a charge for their CLARKSVILLE location with no heads up other than a spam email. No consent, no agreement. When we called to discuss the situation there was zero attempt to resolve, offer a refund, they just tried to make excuses/ justify.

Negative experience: Pretty frustrated with the lack of ability to communicate with the company. I was charged a fee for a bluetooth key to the courts here (I have never visited GoodBounce, only made an account with them early on). Was never told about the charge and never gave consent for it, was just charged one day I then called both the Clarksville location (full mailbox), and the Louisville location (states voicemail box will not be checked for months) and responded to the initial email stating I was charged from John (was sent an error message, saying that that email could not receive emails). I then emailed their normal inbox asking for help, and have yet to hear a response. I think it is bad business practice to mass charge anyone who has expressed interest in your business without their consent, then not answer questions or complaints about it. It is a good way to have frustrated potential customers who do not want to support this business. Would love to hear from management about this further to resolve it.

Negative experience: Goodbounce will fraudulently charge your card with no warning. Do not give them your card info. Had to put card on file to check availability a few months ago. Didn’t book anything. Today a charge came through for access to their building which I never requested or approved. A phone call yielded no resolution, the employee said to email their help line. As of right now they have taken my money for no services rendered.

Fantastic experience: GoodBounce is better than good - it's great! Both locations are first class facilities and are a welcome addition to the Louisville area Pickleball community. Amy and the whole team at GB do such an amazing job with event programming. The court surface, nets, fencing and amenities are all top notch! I look forward to seeing what the future may hold for additional and expanded GoodBounce locations!

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of playing at Goodbounce for the first time this week. They partnered with Project Purple and Titos for a wonderful charity event to help the fight of pancreatic cancer. There are ample amounts of courts, with great opportunity to play against players of all competitive levels. Most importantly, it is great to know Goodbounce is supporting such important causes in the community and continuing to offer ways to bring everyone together. I will definitely be back and help further promote and recommend their courts and events. This is exactly the type of place Louisville has needed for a long time!

Positive experience: I love this place and am so glad that Louisville has it. The only reason I'm giving it three stars is because of how outrageously over-priced their drinks are - it's $9 for a seltzer! Come on, dudes!

Fantastic experience: The website was a bit confusing and could use to be updated when it comes to reservations, but the space is really nice. A beautiful spot on the river to have a drink, play a round and enjoy a drink. The bartender was super friendly & kind. Hoping they get their “spectator seats” set up and maybe some speakers on the courts for the ✨vibes✨we came for Father’s Day and it was a really fun experience for us.

Negative experience: Be sure to reserve online, but you'll have to call to get the app name, there is NOTHING on the website to tell you that! It's cool looking, but they have a lot of work to do!
