Fantastic experience: Super cool facilities, friendly members and stellar coaches make for great padel and pickleball! Love the experience here which is evolving as they expand. So glad I decided to try something new. Now I am hooked!

Fantastic experience: Bay Padel Treasure Island is honestly the best spot to play padel in the Bay. The views of San Francisco are insane, the courts are top notch, and the whole vibe is super fun. Big shoutout to Coach Marcel for always pushing us and making it a blast to learn, and to Matias, the owner, for building such an amazing community here. You feel welcome the second you walk in. Easily my favorite place to play.

Fantastic experience: Me and my gf have been wanting to try a new form of fun cardio and we decided to try pickle/paddle ball. We reserved court 6 the same day for a 1/2 hour and we ended up staying longer. What a fun and memorable moment. The views of the bay bridge makes it hard to rally haha. Def will be signing up for a membership and continue to come. The community there was so nice and Thibault was even nice enough to offer us to stay and have a drink with them for their Friday social padel night. Don’t hesitate to come here! One thing that I will say is that it’s not very accessible for east bay locals. You’re going to have to pay the bay bridge toll everytime you wish to come which is a bummer ): maybe Bay padel can offer a little Shuttle from the east bay to their treasure island location (:

Negative experience: Unorganized Padel tournaments and the Porta potties have fish smell and seal smells inside. The water has a disgusting smell. this is very bad because even the birds are dying on the courts because the feathers are everywhere and there is bad smells. I’ve never experienced a paddle place like this.

Fantastic experience: My friends and I go to Bay Padel (both the Treasure Island location and the Dogpatch location) multiple times a month. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The padel and pickleball courts are spacious and well-kept. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Im in Monterey and we drove up 2+ hrs just to play padel ball at this location. If that doesn’t sell you on the game I don’t know what will! We’re obsessed. Although we’d love to have something like this closer to home, the drive won’t stop up from coming back.

Fantastic experience: Bay Padel has changed my life!!! At 55, that's quite a statement, I know. First, padel is crazy addictive fun, and I burn 1,200 calories per game, yet, anyone can simply just start playing, its much easier to on-ramp than tennis. The facilities are first class, it feels exciting just to be in them. The weekly schedule provides so much opportunity to play, for anyone. Almost daily clinics you can join. Open play where you get matched with others. Feeling competitive? :weekly leagues, and frequent tournaments. But somehow the real magic is the community. First, hats off to Bay Padel leadership, how did you assemble such a great staff that is competent and always helpful, feel like your best friends, and are a big part of the fun (I laugh often at Bay Padel). For all the players, we greet each other warmly and feel lucky to be part of something so special. If you haven't tried Padel, you're living a mediocre life. Take advantage of one of the intro clinics to get started!

They have a lot of options to have fun, open plays, clinics, lessons, tournaments, cardio, book your own court, you name it! The best of it all, is that at Treasure Island the padel crew is very welcoming, super positive vibes! If you play Padel, you need to go. If you don’t play, you need to go and check it out.

Fantastic experience: I love my Treasure Island gym. I'm here for the pickleball. I get to play games on great courts with outdoor surfaces, but indoors, so no wind, rain, or sun. I've met great people to play with that have become friends. The staff is friendly and responsive. When I come to them with an idea- they do it! I'm now running a monthly round robin there. Check it out.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic sports club for pickleball, padel, and ping pong. Outstanding courts and plenty of equipment for rent or purchase. Great for personal fitness or company events! In fact, you can even rent out the space, and there’s tons of room for festivities. Easy to get to if you have a car and plenty of free parking. If you’re coming from SF, there’s no bridge toll. Treasure Island is a fun place to spend an afternoon- grab food at Mersea and a drink at Gold Bar or Treecraft Distillery. Glad they opened a (smaller) location in Dogpatch, but with it had more pickleball (it’s primarily padel).

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym! I love coming here to play pickleball every week. The atmosphere is great: social environment with tons of friendly players, but also can find some real competition. The staff are very helpful and will answer all your questions. They even pushed me to play Padel one time and I loved it. I’d recommend to anyone wanting to find an activity that is fun, easy to learn, with friendly players of all levels. The social aspect is what makes you come back. They do tournaments, parties, DJs, and other socials. Outside the courts they have corn hole, ping pong, a small workout area, tv, music, and couches around the gym. Plus they just got a pool table.

Brought my padel newbie friends to a clinic and our pro was the nicest person ever and taught all of us (different levels) so well! I’ve taken a ton of clinics and lessons at other places but this was one of the best I’ve had!! Everyone there is so cool and friendly! Also, can’t beat the view and the sky high ceilings which will never interfere with your lobs!! Go play there today!

Fantastic experience: 4 bookable pickleball courts. Easy to book and a lot of availability. The entrance to the parking lot is a little confusing, just keep driving through what feels like private parking lots until you see the bay Padel flags.

Fantastic experience: We recently hosted a group of 16 for a work event with our summer interns, and I must say, the facility is stunning! It's hard to believe it used to be a film studio. Although we encountered a minor issue with catering, the team at Bay Padel quickly resolved it to our complete satisfaction. I look forward to returning and planning another event here. Special thanks to Pedro for his responsiveness in addressing the situation and to Sofi for being an excellent point of contact throughout the planning process.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I took lessons with Marcel today and it was such a great experience! We had never played before or really knew anything about it. We left feeling like we got the basics down so we can play in the future without being self conscious. I also really appreciate Marcel worked within our budget for lessons - making the sport more accessible to folks of different incomes and levels of interest.

Fantastic experience: Bay Padel is the BEST! I organized a large group to come play pickleball for a few hours and Sofi and the team were incredibly accommodating. They were quick to respond, very helpful, and were amazing day-of. They answered so many of my silly questions and provided guidance for the event. The pre-work to the event was AWESOME - seriously couldn't have asked for a better experience. When we got there, the team was ready to go and the facilities were incredible!! I was blown away with how large the space is. 4 pickleball courts and 4+ Padel courts in a giant warehouse. There was great airflow as they had the doors open and the lighting was terrific too. They have snacks and drinks you can buy there as well as nice bathrooms, a sitting area equipped with couches and even a TV, and they had a MUSEUM?! So cool. They had good music bumping the whole time that really added to the atmosphere. There were ping pong tables too that the folks not playing pickleball could hang out and do. Everyone that came absolutely LOVED it. No hidden fees (seriously great value), everything was straightforward, and the team there came over a few times just to make sure we had everything we needed. So great. Our event was a huge success thanks entirely to Bay Padel and its team. We will most certainly be back again and I'll be referring this place to everyone! The hidden gem of treasure island!!

Positive experience: Cool indoor padel and pickleball place. The courts were nice. The only downside is their lights. They were positioned so that one side of the court was like looking into the sun. Also, we were there on a cool day, and we were all sweating. A fan or some cross ventilation would be great. Nice setup, there are locker rooms for changing, a warmup/workout area, a snack area and a retail area. Great use of the old airplane hangar.

I discovered Padel when visiting a friend in Las Vegas and thought I’d see if there were any places to play in the Bay Area… and lo and behold this place just had their grand opening! Located on Treasure Island, it’s a bit of a drive especially with all the TI construction, but it’s worth it. Located in an old hanger, the space feels industrial in a good way, had well lit and maintained courts, and has racket rentals too. Fingers crossed this becomes more of a thing out here in addition to becoming more accessible. I passed on feedback that on their website they don’t really include details about their “Memberships” other than reduced rate court time (vs. other benefits such as discounts on gear, if there is any free court time, access to certain things etc.)
