Fantastic experience: Staff and coaches are extremely friendly and helpful! My 7-year old daughter loves this place. She has learned a lot of soccer as a beginner, and you can tell the coaches are very passionate about what they do.

Fantastic experience: We hosted a birthday party here and it was the best location for a kid’s party! First, the kids had a blast at the party as the coaches provided many different events to entertain the kids including tug of war, dodgeball and obstacle courses. They also had other items for kids to play with including hula hoops, tires, and basketball areas. As a host, I really appreciated all of the assistance they provided. The coaches helped me set up and clean up. During the party, they handed out drinks/food and kept the party room clean. The coaches also helped with cutting the cake and handing out the cake to everyone. I really felt like they hosted the party so that the parents were able to socialize and enjoy the party! Lastly, the venue was very clean. After the party the coaches sanitized everything to prepare for the next event. I was very impressed with the very venue and the service! I highly recommend hosting a party here!!

Fantastic experience: Gonzalo, Cassandra and the rest of the team at Soccer Fever are fantastic. We hosted my sons 7th birthday and we had an amazing time. We rented the two fields and we had about 20 kids come and play for 3 hours. We had a theme party and Gonzalo and team were extremely helpful and flexible and gave us ample time to decorate and arrange the place for the party. The place was super clean and ready for the party. The staff went out of their way to ensure kids and parents were having a great time. We purchased their multi game option and it certainly kept the kids happily entertained during the party. They also organized a soccer game for the kids which everyone enjoyed. The staff who care for the kids were very patient and communicated extremely well with 20 seven olds. No one wanted to leave. I can’t thank enough Gonzalo and his team for all their help in making my sons birthday a memorable one.

Negative experience: Took my son to soccer fever to get private sessions on dribbling and ball handling skills. Did an initial visit to assess the facility, get pricing etc. Was told that a 1 hour coaching session for my son would be $30. I called back a few days later and book a session for the weekend I arrived for the training session only to be told before the class began that the owner had doubled the fee as he was contending that he was not making enough money. He was not present. I did the session anyway and paid the $60, spoke to the trainer and was advised that I should speak with the owner to see if he was willing to agree to a lower fee based on commitment to several sessions. I also made a booking for another session the following week as I was happy with the coaching and my sons engagement and interest in working with the coach. I contacted the coach a few days later to confirm the booking and ask if the owner was willing to reconsider a more reasonable price for the sessions The coach indicated he was willing to do $45 but I could speak to the owner when I got there as he would be there. I arrived several minutes prior to class time and requested to speak with the owner who did not speak any English and I no Spanish. He offered $40 per session through a translator which I was willing to accept, however, when I:asked to have this also applied to the Charges from the prior week, which in my opinion was a reasonable ask, considering that the fee increase to $60 was made after I booked and confirmed at $30, thats where service went down hill. Since the convo was indirect through a translator I am not sure what made things go off the track, bottom line is that the owner refused to discuss the ask, refunded my $60, and refused to have my son take lessons at soccerfever. Very disappointed in the service from the owner who exhibited poor CX and clearly does not want or need paying customers. On to a better facility with better CX. Would not recommend soccerfever.

Fantastic experience: Hidden soccer treasure...this place has two (2) indoor air conditioned soccer turf fields. The fields are in great condition and a good size for 5v5 games. The bathrooms are clean and music adds to the fun atmosphere. There is a space for parties which is separate from the audience seating.
