Fantastic experience: Nice facility
Negative experience: I’ve played tennis, squash, and pickleball, so I was excited to try the fast-growing sport of Padel. While visiting Santa Monica, I booked a lesson with the head pro at Padel Up’s Century City location. It was enjoyable to experience a new racquet sport, and the game itself was a lot of fun. However, I don’t plan to take another lesson there. The session was quite expensive for two people (over $$ for just one hour), and unfortunately, the instructor checked his phone multiple times during the lesson. This was distracting and felt unprofessional, especially given the high cost.
Negative experience: Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I was kicked out of a clinic half way through because an instructor wanted to take my place. Wasted hours of driving. The facility is nice but the coaches are bad. I’ve played all over the world where padel is very inclusive and fun. This is not that place.

Fantastic experience: This place is freaking awesome! The lady at the front was amazing and super chill and didn't make us download the app was like you don't even have to pay until after you're done. Then we play, very fun and awesome and love hitting that ball against the glass and bouncing the ball off the walls. After all that, IT WAS FREE WOWOWOW. Machine wasn't working so it was free and in exchange she asked for a five star review, here it is! :))))

Positive experience: Spot is nice because located on the top of Century City with a beautiful view! But Difficult access, very low information available, nobody was there when we got in, still kinda under construction or installation. No lock-room, no bathroom. Won’t go back

Negative experience: Was excited to try this new place and booked a court for one hour. We paid $30 per person to reserve the court. once we arrived had to pay an extra for the $8 for 3 ball and $10 each for a racket. Total $158 to play one hour… extremely excessive. Also there should be a higher net all around to keep the balls inside the court. Plus they don’t validate the parking…Disappointed !! first and last time here…

Negative experience: If you love the smell of garlic and a structure in your way while playing, boy I have a place for you! I really wanted to love this place because the location is great, but the courts are not made to a decent padel standard. The ball doesn’t bounce properly, and the court we rented had a structure that severely limited our game. It should have been flagged ahead of renting.

The courts are impeccably maintained and you can’t beat the beautiful rooftop view! Fantastic experience: Padel is by far one of the most fun activities out there right now. PadelUp at the century city mall is a diamond in the rough. Such a cool and unique set up. Always have a great time and have met a ton of new people when there. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Recently moved back to LA from NYC, and there was literally nowhere to play Padel in LA. I used to play in Brooklyn all the time —until Padel Up. The rooftop location at Century City is unreal, and the staff makes you feel like part of the crew from day one. This is exactly what LA needed
Fantastic experience: Tried Padel for the first and i can say that it is so much fun!!! Highly recommend anyone who is interested to give it a try. I play tennis and pickle ball a lot and I think Padel is more fun than both of them. Also the vibes there are great. I was able to meet some of owners and they are genuinely fun people! Give Padel a try and I think you’ll be surprised how much fun you will have!
