The courts and common areas are always clean and in perfect condition. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Special congratulations to Orlando for the impeccable maintenance work, it truly makes a difference, and to David, who supported me throughout the event with professionalism and efficiency. I would also like to thank Anthony and the entire team for the amazing support. I was very well taken care of from start to finish, and hosting my event here was a great experience. Ultra is a beautiful facility, and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. Even with no prior racquet-sport experience, I’ve had a great time playing in their beginner events. Alfredo Suarez and Sofia are also fantastic trainers—highly recommend!

He has much patience and overall just love for the sport. I also have Andrea as my coach and she absolutely a pro ! Her way of teaching is perfect to the touch focusing on technique and on intensity. If you’re thinking about joint , I’ll recommend to take a beginners clinic with either or. You won’t regret it !!!

Fantastic experience: After 4 weeks doing the Wednesday tournament I have to say that Mr. Orlando represents the real values of costumer service even in areas that are not connect it with his food station. In general the environment of the Tournament is great. The staff members like Sofia, David, and Maria are adding the extra mile In terms of organization and execution, however Others staff Members need training to Provide solutions to the client during the event. Some of them are completely lost in the event. Regarding the private classes coach Juani is 11/10 !!

Fantastic experience: The most fun and social padel club in Miami. Besides the club, they have the best coach ever! Coach David Diaz is exceptional. I flew all the way to Madrid to take classes at M3 academy and the coaches there didn't even come close to how good David is. He really knows how to coach and teach down to the smallest details in technique. Thanks to him I have been rapidly improving my game. I can't recommend him enough!

The facilities are nice, however, what truly made the difference was the exceptional service provided by one of the staff members, Orlando. From the very beginning, Orlando was attentive, proactive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. He carefully followed all our requests and even took the initiative to suggest improvements that made the event run even better. It’s rare to find someone so kind, and dedicated to providing such personalized service.I highly recommend to ask for him if you organize something in Ultrapadel.

Whether it's blazing hot or suddenly rainy, you can always count on getting your game in. Check-in is smooth and hassle-free, and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere at Ultra is warm, inclusive, and very community-oriented. While all the coaches are excellent, I have to give a special shoutout to Coach Alfredo, who has been working with my kids (ages 13 and 14) in private lessons for the past six months. He is not only highly knowledgeable and technically skilled, but also incredibly patient, kind, and motivational. He knows exactly how to engage with kids, keep them focused, and make learning fun. Thanks to him, my son has completely fallen in love with padel and is now participating in the tournaments organized by the club —which are also well-run and exciting! Seeing how much joy and confidence this experience brought to my kids, I decided to sign up for lessons myself. I'm so glad I did. Negative experience: What a shame. We attended the tournament yesterday and the experience was truly awful for several reasons. First of all, we paid sixty dollars per person (120$) and the prize for winning is just one hundred dollars, meaning fifty dollars per person, and you can only use it on-site. We participated, we lost, and that is fine, but the whole concept is disappointing. The real problem was the staff, especially the South American man working at the grill. This person was creepy with all the women, rude and arrogant. Every male participant who went to ask for a drink was rudely turned away and told they could not have anything, despite having paid sixty dollars to play. He acted as if he were a manager when in reality he was only cooking frozen burgers. With women he behaved in an uncomfortably forward way, to the point where all the women on the field were talking about him and many were afraid to get close because he made them feel unsafe. This was a complete drop in standards for this place, which we normally enjoy and visit often, but is now being run by people who shout at each other and treat customers badly, perhaps just to save money on proper staff. I strongly advise you not to keep people like this because they drastically damage the image of a business that otherwise has been doing well. I am honestly very disappointed and angry, to the point that I would consider reporting this rude man for harassing women, including my wife.

Fantastic experience: I'm really late to get on the padel train, and a friend invited me to a clinic here on a Sunday evening, and we had the great luck to get coach Alfredo. When I tell you I knew NOTHING about this sport -- like literally nothing -- with zero experience in any kind of racquet sport at all... Decent physical fitness, but that's what Coach Alfredo was dealing with, haha! What a BLAST I HAD - he made me feel so comfortable and like I was actually managing something... By the end I truly felt like I had learned some skills, gotten an AMAZING unexpected workout, and gotten totally addicted to padel!! I love this facility too -- super-friendly staff, nice cafe area, AMAZING SPA BATHROOMS, and tons of parking! It's just a vibe overall, really cool clientele, you could definitely meet a lot of interesting people here. I cannot WAIT to go back and train with coach Alfredo again!!!
