Fantastic experience: Ultra Padel in Wynwood, Miami is truly a gem. The facility is absolutely top-notch; modern, clean, and incredibly well-maintained. One of the standout features is the mix of both indoor and outdoor courts, which is a huge plus considering Miami’s unpredictable weather. Whether it's blazing hot or suddenly rainy, you can always count on getting your game in. Check-in is smooth and hassle-free, and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere at Ultra is warm, inclusive, and very community-oriented. While all the coaches are excellent, I have to give a special shoutout to Coach Alfredo, who has been working with my kids (ages 13 and 14) in private lessons for the past six months. He is not only highly knowledgeable and technically skilled, but also incredibly patient, kind, and motivational. He knows exactly how to engage with kids, keep them focused, and make learning fun. Thanks to him, my son has completely fallen in love with padel and is now participating in the tournaments organized by the club —which are also well-run and exciting! Seeing how much joy and confidence this experience brought to my kids, I decided to sign up for lessons myself. I'm so glad I did. It's not just about learning a new sport, it’s also about meeting great people and being part of an active, positive community. Whether you're a complete beginner, looking to improve your game, or just want to have fun and meet new people, Ultra Padel is the place to be. And if you can train with Coach Alfredo -even better. Fantastic experience: Marcos is the best padel coach! He’s tough in the best way — he pushes me and that’s exactly why my game has improved so much. He doesn’t let me slack, but he makes the work motivating and fun. On top of that, he’s always on time and great with communication.

What makes Marcos stand out is his ability to adjust to your level while still challenging you to improve each session. His passion for padel shows in the energy and dedication he brings to training. I’ve learned more from a few sessions with him than I thought possible, and I always walk away feeling motivated and confident. If you want top-tier instruction from someone who truly cares about your progress, Ultra Padel and Marcos are the perfect combination. I can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Excelente club para jugar pádel. Tiene muy buen ambiente, muchas canchas y personal muy amable.
Negative experience: What a shame. We attended the tournament yesterday and the experience was truly awful for several reasons. First of all, we paid sixty dollars per person (120$) and the prize for winning is just one hundred dollars, meaning fifty dollars per person, and you can only use it on-site. We participated, we lost, and that is fine, but the whole concept is disappointing. The real problem was the staff, especially the South American man working at the grill. This person was creepy with all the women, rude and arrogant. Every male participant who went to ask for a drink was rudely turned away and told they could not have anything, despite having paid sixty dollars to play. He acted as if he were a manager when in reality he was only cooking frozen burgers. With women he behaved in an uncomfortably forward way, to the point where all the women on the field were talking about him and many were afraid to get close because he made them feel unsafe. This was a complete drop in standards for this place, which we normally enjoy and visit often, but is now being run by people who shout at each other and treat customers badly, perhaps just to save money on proper staff. I strongly advise you not to keep people like this because they drastically damage the image of a business that otherwise has been doing well. I am honestly very disappointed and angry, to the point that I would consider reporting this rude man for harassing women, including my wife.

Fantastic experience: I'm really late to get on the padel train, and a friend invited me to a clinic here on a Sunday evening, and we had the great luck to get coach Alfredo. When I tell you I knew NOTHING about this sport -- like literally nothing -- with zero experience in any kind of racquet sport at all... Decent physical fitness, but that's what Coach Alfredo was dealing with, haha! What a BLAST I HAD - he made me feel so comfortable and like I was actually managing something... By the end I truly felt like I had learned some skills, gotten an AMAZING unexpected workout, and gotten totally addicted to padel!! I love this facility too -- super-friendly staff, nice cafe area, AMAZING SPA BATHROOMS, and tons of parking! It's just a vibe overall, really cool clientele, you could definitely meet a lot of interesting people here. I cannot WAIT to go back and train with coach Alfredo again!!!

Negative experience: No, I gave this place five stars because it’s such a gorgeous facility… Unfortunately, I have to lower my rating after a private lesson. The private lessons here are very expensive and it was completely a waste of my money. The coach was very young and cocky. I found that he was more interested in looking at himself in the glass than helping me learn anything. When it came time to pick up the balls, he didn’t help me at all so I had to pick up all the balls by myself, which of course takes more time. It was a terrible experience.

Negative experience: I didn t play today, ...I had a sauna in court number 7 Indoor!!! No air conditioning??? I didn t check it, I hope that at least they didn t charge me like playing indoor in the other structure.

The cafeteria could benefit from more variety especially with drinks - smoothies/ shakes would be awesome!

Positive experience: Spoke to representative on instagram and was told I need to go to a clinic to get rated, went to the clinic which was meant to be 4 people maximum and costs 60$, right before we started they added in another person resulting in everyone having to rotate out of the clinic meaning a third of the time you were out (coach would pair with the 5th person), further the coach said he would give me a rating in the PlayByPoint app but never did, spoke to Customer support on instagram who said they would figure out a solution but just ignored… kinda disappointing experience Edit: club reached out and ended up fixing up the issue besides the rating highlighted above which was highly appreciated. Edit 2: reached out to the club since the rating was already 2 pre clinic and was meant to be updated to 3 but never was, but again both via email and instagram never got a response :(

Fantastic experience: My 9 year old daughter and her group have been doing Clinics with Alfredo, and the energy is always great and the kids are being pushed each lesson. Negative experience: Went play with my family and it was raining. They did not provide a refund instead gave me credit store even though we mentioned that don’t live in the area. They agree to a refund but it was never received.

Negative experience: I was so excited to try this place while traveling but I was so disappointed… On 12/26 my family and I arrived to the courts but because it was raining we were not allowed to play. We were surprised by the lack of empathy and proactivity to help us. We tried asking for an indoor court but the price was super elevated (almost double) so we decided to cancel our reservation instead and asked for a refund because we don’t live in the area. We spoke to Debra, whom asked for my phone number and said she was going to let me know when the refund was processed. I called back to check in and I was told that I was only going to receive credit to use on their facility, but as I mentioned, I don’t live in Miami. I tried calling again to speak with a manager but have gotten no answer. No one has tried to communicate with me and I still have gotten no refund.
After reviewing your booking we can confirm that you did received an immediate refund in Club Credits, after requesting a full refund, the bank institutions can take up to 5 business day to clear on your account. We should have been more clear about our refund policy, and we're truly sorry that you were left without a resolution. We understand how frustrating it must be to have your plans disrupted by rain.
